Every prize and every stake is a PSA / CGC / BGS slab held 1:1 in the Collector Crypt vault. It’s yours, not a wrapped IOU, and it cashes out two ways:

03 PROVABLY RANDOM

Collector Crypt VRF. Every roll, every game.

Every outcome, from the hourly raffle draw to all three games, is derived from a Collector Crypt VRF proof: RFC 9381 ECVRF, real cryptographic randomness rather than a number the house can nudge. The VRF signing key was registered and frozen on-chain before it signed its first round, so the operator cannot grind or bias a result. Anyone can recompute verifyVRF(key, alpha, proof) in their browser at /fairness.

Historical footnote: some older raffle draws used a committed server seed pinned to a Solana slot hash. The on-chain verifier auto-detects either format, but VRF is the mechanism today.
04 SELF-PERPETUATING

Fees buy packs. Edges fund the desk. Rake burns supply.

100% of $GACHA trading fees claim to SOL, swap to USDC, and buy the next graded pack on Collector Crypt, anywhere from $25 to $2,500 a pack. Every pack opens into the vault, and one holder wins the lot on the next hourly draw. The games feed the loop from the other side. The house edges (10% on Slab Upgrade, 5% on Lucky Buy) keep the house wallets funded: the same wallets that pay instant buybacks at the sell desk and buy the next prize slabs. The team buys from the market like everyone else.

No team supply, no presale, no vest, no fee skim. A Meteora DBC bonding curve and an open operator script are the entire system. The team has zero advantage over you: same launch, same price, same Jupiter route, same odds at the same slider. The only way the team makes money is if $GACHA grows, and that only happens if real players keep winning real cards. Aligned by construction, not by promise.
06 AUDITABLE

Every step lands on-chain.

Fee claim, swap, Collector Crypt buy, pack open, every spin, every Showdown deposit, every payout, and every buyback-and-burn: each writes a public on-chain transaction visible on Solscan, Solana Explorer, or any RPC. The VRF verifier is open source, the snapshot is reproducible from any Helius RPC, and the raffle exclusion list is four addresses. If something looks wrong, you can prove it.

How a static collectible becomes something you can play.

01 THE SHORTAGE

2025 broke the supply chain.

Walmart and Target restocks became 3:00am scalper queues. The two biggest TCG launches of the year sold out at retail in minutes. The secondary market priced sealed product at 2-4x MSRP within weeks. Anyone without time to camp restocks paid scalper margins or waited a quarter for a single pack.

02 PHYSICAL PACK EV

A $4 retail pack cashes out around $1.50.

A current Scarlet & Violet booster pack costs about $4 at retail (when you can find one). Public EV calculators on pokemonpricetracker, theexpectedvalue, and pricecharting put the average pull at around $2 in raw card value: already a 50% haircut before any friction. To turn that $2 of raw cards into spendable cash you have two options, both expensive:

Sell raw on TCGplayer / eBay → pay 12-15% in marketplace fees, 5-10% in shipping and packaging, and accept the buyer-side discount on a sealed-card market that closes slowly. Net: roughly $1.30-$1.60 per pack.

Grade your best card with PSA ($25-$100 per card depending on tier and turnaround) → wait 6-12 months for the slab. The math only works if the raw card is worth $50+ ungraded, which most Scarlet & Violet packs do not pull.

So realisable EV for a casual buyer lands around $1.50 per $4 pack, somewhere between 35% and 50% of what you spent. The variance is the appeal. The arithmetic is not.

A retail booster pack is one of the worst EV bets in collectibles. It is also, somehow, the most fun.
03 COLLECTOR CRYPT

Graded slabs flip the EV the other way.

Collector Crypt tokenizes packs of already-graded slabs. The grade is locked on the cert, the card sits in their vault, there is no shipping, no customs, no PSA queue. The cards inside a $25 CC pack are worth, on average, close to $25 at the slab floor. For a buyer who values the cards themselves, opening packs on CC is closer to a fair-price purchase of graded singles than to a blind bet. The variance is the upside, not the trap.

04 THE SLAB THAT JUST SITS THERE

A graded card is a beautiful dead end.

Here is the thing Collector Crypt got right and the thing nobody had solved. A graded slab is genuinely valuable: backed by a physical asset you can redeem, priced by a real secondary market, yours to hold forever. But even tokenized on-chain, it just sits in your wallet. You can look at it. You can list it and wait for a buyer. That is the entire menu. There is no way to turn a card you’re bored of into a shot at one you actually want, no way to put it to work, no game to play with it.

06 THE STRUCTURAL PROBLEM CC CAN’T FIX

You still need $25 to open a pack once.

Even with grades locked, the minimum ticket to open a pack is one pack: $25 for the entry-level CC class, up to $2,500 for the heaviest ones. That works for whales. It doesn’t work for the collector who wants a $5 ticket on the same pool. The raffle fixes the ticket size. Your $GACHA balance, any size, buys you a slice of every pack opened in the next hourly window. The games fix it a different way: bring one slab, or a little USDC, and you’re playing.

07 STAKE-WEIGHTED ODDS

Stake-weighted, nothing else.

Your odds are exactly your share of supply. Nothing else enters the draw. No boosts, no leaderboard the operator can game, no edge beyond stake. And in the games, your published win chance is your win chance.

08 WHY A MEMECOIN
