Getting started.

How to enter and what you need.

#What is PowerGacha?: A Solana memecoin where 100% of trading fees buy real $50–$1000 graded Pokémon booster packs on Collector Crypt. Every hour one $GACHA holder wins every card opened in that window - then has 72h to claim the slabs to their wallet or instant-sell them for USDC.
#How do I enter?: Hold $GACHA in any Solana wallet at the close of a 1-hour window. There is no signup, no KYC. Holding is the entry.
#Where do I buy $GACHA?: Swap any token for $GACHA on Jupiter — or any Solana aggregator / terminal: Axiom, Terminal, GMGN, Photon, BullX, Trojan, OKX, Phantom, Birdeye, BonkBot. The token is a Meteora DBC pool, so every aggregator routes through it. 100% fair launch on the Meteora bonding curve — no team supply, no presale, no vest.
#Is there a minimum balance?: No floor, no cap. Your odds are your slice of circulating supply (minus the exclusion list). One token gives you one token of weight.

02 - DRAWS

Draws.

How often a window closes, who is eligible, who can be excluded.

#How often is a draw?: Every hour, on the wall clock. If no fees accrued in a window, the draw is skipped and the next window starts. The countdown reads WAITING FOR SLOT.
#How is the winner picked?: Commit-reveal pinned to a Solana slot hash. Server seed hash is published before the window opens; the seed itself plus a snapshot Merkle root are published after it closes. The roll is HMAC-SHA-256(seed, slotHash ‖ drawId). See /fairness to recompute any draw in your browser.
#Can I be excluded?: Only four addresses are excluded: the standard Solana incinerator, the system program, the Meteora pool vault, and the operational wallet. Full list below in Exclusion list.
#What if no one trades in a window?: No fees accrue, no pack is bought, the draw is skipped. The next funded window inherits the unspent fee balance - so EV rolls forward, never disappears.

03 - PRIZES

Prizes.

What you actually win and how it shows up.

#What can I win?: Every PSA / CGC / BGS slab pulled during your winning window. One card or fifteen - whatever the vault produced in that hour. Always real graded cards, airdropped to your wallet. Not tokens, not vouchers, not promises.
#Are these real NFTs?: Yes. Each slab is a Collector Crypt NFT backed 1:1 by a physical PSA / CGC / BGS card in their vault. You have two ways to cash out, both inside the same wallet:

1. Ship the physical card to your home. Redeem it on Collector Crypt and they ship the actual slab to your real-world address. The NFT burns when the physical leaves the vault.

2. Instant on-chain sell for USDC. We run an instant sell desk that takes your won cards off your hands and pays USDC in the same transaction — we provide the liquidity, so you get paid right away with no Tensor / Magic Eden listing, no waiting for a buyer, no fees beyond the spread. One click, seconds to settle.
#How do I claim my prize?: You have 72 hours after the draw to act on your Profile: claim the slabs to your wallet, or instant-sell them for USDC. Either way it is a single wallet signature - never a transaction, never a fee. If you do nothing, the prize is auto-sold back to Collector Crypt and the proceeds roll into the next draw, so nothing gets stranded.
#What about taxes?: PowerGacha is not your tax advisor. Winnings are reportable in most jurisdictions; ask a professional in yours.

04 - FAIRNESS

Fairness.

How to convince yourself a draw was clean.

#How do I verify a draw?: Open /fairness, paste a draw id, and recompute the roll in your browser. The page reads the server seed, slot hash, and snapshot Merkle root straight off chain.
#Can the operator pick the winner?: No. The server seed is committed (SHA-256) before the window opens. The slot hash is chosen by Solana validators at close time. Anyone can re-snapshot at the same slot from Helius and confirm the Merkle root.
#What if I think a draw was rigged?: Recompute it at /fairness. If the result does not match, contact the operator directly (our X account is temporarily disabled while we recover from a compromise — see notice on the home page) — we publish the failure and the fix.
#Who picks the seed?: The operator generates the server seed, commits its hash on chain, and reveals it after the window closes. The hash binds the operator before they know which holders will be in the snapshot.

05 - TOKENOMICS

Tokenomics.

Why a memecoin and where the money goes.

#Why a memecoin instead of a regular lottery?: Meteora's DBC routes creator fees automatically. 100% of fees flow to the prize loop - no team supply, no presale, no vest. The token is the entry; the fees are the prize fuel. Nothing to custody, nothing to rug.
#Where do the trading fees go?: 100% into the prize loop. Fees claim to SOL > swap to USDC on Jupiter > buy a $50–$1000 graded pack on Collector Crypt > open into the vault > airdrop to the next winner. Every step lands an on-chain transaction. Nothing routes to the team.
#Is there a burn?: No active burn. Supply is fixed at launch on the Meteora bonding curve. The flywheel is on the prize side, not the supply side.

06 - RISK

Risk.

The not-fun, important small print.

#Is this gambling?: It is a stake-weighted lottery whose stake happens to be tradeable. Buy at your own risk. PowerGacha does not custody your money and does not custody anyone's odds.
#What are the crypto risks?: Token price can go to zero. Wallets can be drained by phishing. Networks can stall. None of that is unique to PowerGacha - but all of it applies. Use a hot wallet you can afford to lose.
#Is there an age requirement?: You must be of legal age to participate in lotteries / gambling in your jurisdiction. If unsure, do not buy.
#Is any of this financial advice?: No. None of it. Read /why, then read /fairness, then make your own call.

07 - OPERATOR

Operator.

Who runs the wallet and what they can and cannot do.

#Who runs PowerGacha?: A small team of Pokémon fans and Solana RWA enthusiasts who were paying customers of Collector Crypt long before this project. We are not affiliated with the CC team — PowerGacha just buys their graded packs on the open market, the same way any other customer does. We want CC to thrive; their vault is the engine that makes this loop possible in the first place.

The operational wallet is public and pinned below. Every action it takes — fee claim, Jupiter swap, pack buy, pack open, airdrop — lands an on-chain transaction anyone can audit.
#Is it open source?: The verifier and randomness spec are public docs (see /fairness). The operational worker code lives in a private repo — contact the operator directly for source-code access (our X account is temporarily disabled while we recover from a compromise — see notice on the home page).
#What if the operator wallet is exposed?: By design, this should not happen. The private key is never committed to git, never logged, never sent to any third party, and never appears in the public dashboard or the Telegram feed — we scrub every error message before it leaves the worker process so an RPC failure that surfaces a bad URL cannot leak the key by accident.

On top of that, the wallet only ever holds the next one-to-two hours of working capital — fees in transit, the current vault's NFTs, and gas. If a leak ever did happen we rotate: generate a new keypair, drain the old, publish the new address. Exposure window is bounded by design — a worst-case compromise costs at most one window's working balance, not the prize loop itself.
#Has it been audited?: There is no smart contract to audit — the prize loop is operator-run scripts against public APIs (Meteora, Jupiter, Collector Crypt). The randomness primitive is reviewed in our randomness spec and reproducible end-to-end in your browser at /fairness.
