01 - GETTING STARTED
Getting started.
How to enter and what you need.
- #What is PowerGacha?
- A Solana memecoin where 100% of trading fees buy real $25-$2,500 graded Pokémon booster packs on Collector Crypt. Every hour one $GACHA holder wins every card opened in that window. Holding is the ticket; the packs are the prize.
- #How do I enter?
- Hold $GACHA in any Solana wallet at the close of a 1-hour window. There is no signup, no KYC. Holding is the entry.
- #Where do I buy $GACHA?
- Right here - the Buy page swaps in-site. Or use Jupiter and any Solana aggregator / terminal (Axiom, Photon, Phantom, BullX, Trojan, GMGN...). The token is a Meteora DBC pool, so every aggregator routes through it.
- #Is there a minimum balance?
- No floor, no cap. Your odds are your slice of circulating supply (minus the exclusion list). One token gives you one token of weight.
02 - DRAWS
Draws.
How often a window closes, who is eligible, who can be excluded.
- #How often is a draw?
- Every hour, on the wall clock. When a window closes empty the countdown reads WAITING FOR SLOT (see the next question).
- #How is the winner picked?
- By an on-chain VRF proof (RFC 9381 ECVRF, Collector Crypt) bound to a Solana slot hash at close - nobody, including us, can steer it. Recheck any draw at /fairness.
- #Can I be excluded?
- Only four addresses are excluded: the standard Solana incinerator, the system program, the Meteora DBC pool authority, and the operational wallet. Full list below in Exclusion list.
- #What if no one trades in a window?
- No fees accrue, no pack is bought, the draw is skipped. The next funded window inherits the unspent fee balance - so EV rolls forward, never disappears.
03 - PRIZES
Prizes.
What you actually win and how it shows up.
- #What can I win?
- Every PSA / CGC / BGS slab pulled during your winning window - one card or fifty, whatever the vault produced in that hour. Real graded cards, delivered when you claim. Not tokens, not vouchers, not promises.
- #Are these real NFTs?
- Yes - each slab is a Collector Crypt NFT backed 1:1 by a physical PSA / CGC / BGS card in their vault. Redeem it on CC and they ship the physical to your door, or, for raffle wins, our instant sell desk pays USDC on the spot during the claim window. /why has the full breakdown.
- #How do I claim my prize?
- You have about 70 hours after the draw to act on your Profile: claim the slabs to your wallet, or instant-sell them for USDC. Either way it is one signature in your wallet and the payout lands in the same transaction. If you do nothing, the prize is auto-sold back to Collector Crypt and the proceeds roll into the next draw, so nothing gets stranded.
- #What about taxes?
- PowerGacha is not your tax advisor. Winnings are reportable in most jurisdictions; ask a professional in yours.
04 - FAIRNESS
Fairness.
How to convince yourself a draw was clean.
- #How do I verify a draw?
- Open /fairness, paste a draw id, and recompute the roll in your browser. The page reads the VRF proof, slot hash, and snapshot Merkle root straight off chain (legacy draws expose their committed server seed instead).
- #Can the operator pick the winner?
- No. The VRF signing key was frozen on-chain before it signed its first round, and the proof is bound to a slot hash chosen by Solana validators - the proof either verifies or it does not. Anyone can re-snapshot the same slot from a public RPC and re-verify independently. (Older draws used commit-reveal; the verifier checks either.)
05 - TOKENOMICS
Tokenomics.
Why a memecoin and where the money goes.
- #Why a memecoin instead of a regular raffle?
- Meteora's DBC routes creator fees automatically. 100% of fees flow to the prize loop - no team supply, no presale, no vest. The token is the entry; the fees are the prize fuel. Nothing to custody.
- #Where do the trading fees go?
- 100% into the prize loop: fees become USDC, USDC buys graded packs, packs open into the vault, one holder wins it. Every step lands an on-chain transaction and nothing routes to the team - /how-it-works walks all five steps.
- #Is there a burn?
- Yes, one channel: the 5% Slab Showdown rake is liquidated, buys $GACHA on the open market, and burns it on chain (SPL BurnChecked). Nothing else burns - the raffle's flywheel is on the prize side (see /how-it-works).
06 - RISK
Risk.
The not-fun, important small print.
- #Is this gambling?
- The raffle is a stake-weighted draw whose stake happens to be tradeable. The three games (Slab Upgrade, Lucky Buy, Slab Showdown) are games of chance with a published house edge. Play at your own risk. PowerGacha never holds your $GACHA; game stakes and pots sit in published house wallets only until the round resolves. Nobody's odds are ever touched.
- #What do the games cost?
- Slab Upgrade carries a 10% house edge, Lucky Buy 5%, and Slab Showdown takes a 5% rake off each pot. All of it is published in each game's rules, and every win chance you see is the exact chance the fairness proof is checked against.
- #What are the crypto risks?
- Token price can go to zero. Wallets can be drained by phishing. Networks can stall. None of that is unique to PowerGacha - but all of it applies. Use a hot wallet you can afford to lose.
- #Is there an age requirement?
- You must be of legal age to participate in lotteries / gambling in your jurisdiction. If unsure, do not buy.
- #Is any of this financial advice?
- No. None of it. Read /why, then read /fairness, then make your own call.
07 - OPERATOR
Operator.
Who runs the wallet and what they can and cannot do.
- #Who runs PowerGacha?
- A small team of Pokémon fans and Solana RWA enthusiasts who were paying customers of Collector Crypt long before this project. We are not affiliated with the CC team. PowerGacha just buys their graded packs on the open market, the same way any other customer does. We want CC to thrive; their vault is the engine that makes this loop possible in the first place.
The operational wallet is public and pinned below. Every action it takes (fee claim, Jupiter swap, pack buy, pack open, airdrop) lands an on-chain transaction anyone can audit. - #Is it open source?
- The verifier and randomness spec are public docs (see /fairness). The operational worker code lives in a private repo. Reach us on X (link in the footer) for source-code access.
- #What if the operator wallet is exposed?
- The key never leaves the worker process: not committed, not logged, not sent to any third party, and every outbound error is scrubbed before it leaves the box. The wallet also only ever holds one-to-two hours of working capital, so a worst-case compromise costs one window's balance, not the prize loop. If a leak ever happened we rotate: new keypair, drain the old, publish the new address.
- #Has it been audited?
- There is no custom smart contract holding user funds: the prize loop is operator-run scripts against public APIs (Meteora, Jupiter, Collector Crypt). The randomness primitive is reviewed in our randomness spec and reproducible end-to-end in your browser at /fairness.
