POWERGACHA
SLAB SHOWDOWN TERMS — PLAIN ENGLISH

Before you deposit a card.

The Slab Showdown lobby is an experimental on-chain peer-to-peer mechanic. These terms are the short-form version of every assumption we are asking you to accept when you deposit. The general PowerGacha terms still apply — see /terms.

Not a security, not an investment

Slab Showdown lobby entries are not securities, not investment contracts, and not financial instruments. Depositing a card is participating in a peer-to-peer game of chance — no profit expectation from operator effort is being conveyed, and no equity or revenue right in PowerGacha or any related entity is granted.

Not a regulated lottery

PowerGacha is not licensed as a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling operator in any jurisdiction. The Slab Showdown mechanic is provided as an experimental on-chain game between consenting wallet holders, using cards already owned by participants. We make no representation that participation is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether you may participate.

Jurisdictional restrictions

You must not use Slab Showdown if you are located in, or are a resident or citizen of, a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts skill-based wagering, lottery-style mechanics, or peer-to-peer NFT exchanges. This includes — but is not limited to — jurisdictions with outright gambling bans. You must be at least 18 years old (or the local age of majority, whichever is higher).

Custodial during the lobby lifecycle

When you deposit a card into a lobby, your NFT is transferred to a custodial Slab Showdown wallet operated by PowerGacha until the lobby resolves. During that window we hold the card on your behalf; we do not sell, lend, rehypothecate, or otherwise touch the asset. On resolution the winning wallet receives every non-rake card from the pot in a single on-chain payout. If the lobby fails to resolve due to operator error or chain liveness, we will refund or re-run at our discretion, but we cannot promise an exact timing.

5% rake is burned as $GACHA

The Slab Showdown rake is fixed at five percent of the pot, taken as the highest-value card(s) the algorithm picks to most closely match 5% USD. Those cards are sold back to Collector Crypt and the proceeds are used to buy + burn $GACHA tokens, removing supply forever. The operator receives no cash rake on the Slab Showdown flow.

Fairness is verifiable on chain

Every Slab Showdown lobby uses a commit-reveal randomness scheme bound to a future Solana slot blockhash. The commit transaction publishes a SHA-256 hash of a server seed before the deciding slot exists. After the slot lands, the seed is revealed on chain and the winner is derived by HMAC-SHA256. The /royale/fairness/<id> page provides an in-browser verifier so any participant can confirm the roll independently.

No warranties, no refunds

Slab Showdown is provided as-is. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted service, or accuracy of any value displayed in the lobby UI. Once a card is deposited and accepted by a lobby it is final — the only way it leaves your custody is by winning the lobby or by an explicit refund decision after a lobby failure. There is no chargeback, no escrow, no support desk.

By depositing into a Slab Showdown lobby you acknowledge that you have read this page, that you accept these terms, and that you accept the broader PowerGacha /terms and /fairness disclosures. Disagreement with any clause means you should not deposit.
